Batman with Vinyl Logo?

I've had this figure in my collection for a while.  I've always thought the logo was pretty interesting.  Its clearly vinyl and appears to be consistent with the other normal Batman logos.  Did Mego make an 8" Batman with a Vinyl Logo?
